Jaximo was started in 2020 with the intention of putting the needs of our clients and tenants at the heart of every decision we make. We always start by listening to people’s needs and deliver the highest standards. It’s an approach that requires our people to be both highly skilled and easy to talk to, and demands that our proactive maintenance and service delivery is spot on, not just now and again but every day.
All tenants are fully vetted including a criminal back ground check to ensure the safety of all residents.
The tenancy is an agreed shorthold tenancy with a minimum term of 6 months. The monthly rental includes all utility bills, council tax, T.V license for the communal area and ultra fast broadband.
The bedrooms come fully furnished.
